fitDays is an element of the fitRiverside project. The objective is to combat childhood obesity by providing free sports and activities organized on a weekly basis at Bobby Bonds Park on University Avenue. JLR's goal is to change the lives of families as they develop healthy lifestyles together. Our fitDays program is a free fitness opportunity for the whole family. Join us at a session date listed below!
