SAVE THE DATE! The Junior League of Riverside’s (JLR) 58th Annual Charity Ball will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2013. We will be celebrating 85 years of supporting the community of Riverside. The net proceeds from the Charity Ball will support our community outreach focus with projects like fitRiverside, a program designed to bring fitness to our communities and fight childhood obesity, as well as our mission of training community volunteers. fitDays is an element of the fitRiverside project. The objective is to combat childhood obesity by providing free sports and activities organized on a weekly basis at Bobby Bonds Park on University Avenue. JLR's goal is to change the lives of families as they develop healthy lifestyles together. Our fitDays program is a free fitness opportunity for the whole family.
